Ben Franklin Penn Club of Israel Receives 2009 Achievement Award from the University

The Global Alumni Network Advisory Board (GAN Advisory Board) announced at Homecoming (2009) the Alumni Club Awards: The Penn Club of Israel received the Achievement Award (see Video)for their revitalization efforts. Ben Franklin Ethiopian Nursing student Penn Club sponsored finished studies & volunteers in Rwanda

Sebla Berhanu - The Ethiopian Nursing Student the Penn Club of Israel sponsored during her studies finished her degree and will be working at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Thanks to all those who supported her and especially to Nurit Guttman who arranged for a paid research position at Tel Aviv University during her studies.
