Dave is a member of the Penn Club of Israel's board, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002 with a Masters in Law and additional course work at the Wharton School. Dave is also a graduate of the University of Leiden Law School, in The Netherlands. He worked as a tax attorney for PwC in Israel and in New York. Dave is a member of the Israel Bar since 1997, of the New York State Bar Association since 2003 and the U.S. Tax Court since 2004. Dave is fluent in English; Hebrew; Dutch; German and French.
